As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful technical onboarding, integration, and expansion of our platform across strategic client accounts. You will act as a trusted technical advisor and solution partner, working hand-in-hand with our partners to accelerate implementation, resolve complex issues, and ensure long-term value from the platform.
You will collaborate with internal technical teams, product managers, and customer stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions tailored to the client’s business and technical requirements. Your goal is to remove technical blockers, optimize architecture, and drive seamless platform adoption.

You are expected to bring a strong technical background, based on hands-on experience.
You should be able to read and interpret API documentation, work with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and understand data flow and system architecture.
You must be comfortable managing multiple technical onboarding projects in parallel and driving results across diverse stakeholders.
Job Description
- Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion.
- Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand their infrastructure, digital transformation goals, and success metrics.
- Lead technical workshops and deep-dive architecture sessions to align solutions with client business objectives.
- Run pilots and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate business value and drive successful production rollouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing use, in close collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.
- Escalate and manage technical blockers efficiently, facilitating solutions by leveraging cross-functional expertise.
- Advocate for customer needs and business use cases within the product team.
- Share best practices to guide long-term customer strategy and help them maximize the impact of solutions.
What we expect from you?
- Proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or implementation of SaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence technical decision-making in large or strategic client accounts.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience with pilots, proof of concepts, and scalable deployments.
- Technical knowledge with cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, database technologies.
- Experience with marketing technologies, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or API integrations is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with webhooks, CDPs, or personalization engines is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable business solutions.
