OLIVER Agency is seeking an Account Manager to join its expanding team in Manila, Philippines, working remotely for offshore clients. The role involves managing diverse projects, including social media, video, strategy, and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving complex projects, meticulous attention to detail, and an an understanding of project profitability. This position requires a professional who can provide excellent client service, collaborate with creative and strategy teams, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and drive AI innovation within client projects.

  • Understand how to report and manage operational income for projects
  • Accountable for timely billing and reporting revenue to the Account Director
  • Work with the studio to manage timings plans
  • Drive AI innovation and adoption within client projects
  • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent client engagement skills with ability to proactively organise and influence clients
  • Demonstrable account management experience of minimum 2+ yrs
  • Proven track record of managing regional clients and campaigns
  • Ability to effectively and proactively manage account finances and invoicing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel and other related software
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
Good to have:
  • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to the design studio output
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial

Role: Account Manager

Work set-up: Remote (servicing offshore clients outside of the Philippines)

About the role:

We are currently looking for an Account manager to join our expanding team working across a wide variety of briefs from social media content, video production, strategy and digital assets.

What we want to see is a proven track record of driving multiple complex projects forward. You should have meticulous attention to detail, understand the importance of the profitability of your projects for the agency and be able to demonstrate yourself as a safe pair of hands on the day-to-day management of clients.

This role demands someone with an understanding of emerging AI technologies to drive innovative brand solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Day to day contact for FMCG/ Healthcare brands providing excellent client service and supporting the team
  • Working with the wider account team and collaborating with our creative, strategy, and social team.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaign delivery
  • Be accountable for the brief, and works with the client to ensure the team has obtained the right information required to begin work on the project.
  • Ensure you understand how to report and manage operational income for their projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Accountable for timely billing and reporting revenue to the Account Director

What you need to be great in this role:
