We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years’ experience, is highly collaborative, forward-thinking, and confident leading development projects from concept to launch. This role blends creative leadership, strategy, and technical expertise, offering the opportunity to shape how the world sees and experiences the CSG brand across the web.

In this position, you’ll collaborate with our Digital team to update and refine CSG’s websites, ensuring they deliver best-in-class performance, functionality, and user experience. You’ll also work closely with our Creative Team, who leads the design vision, using both visual tools and hands-on coding to ensure flexibility, reliability, and performance.

We are looking for a Sr. Web Developer who will:

• Lead development of modern, responsive websites and microsites (CSGI.com, Forte.net), translating design mockups into clean, functional layouts.
• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress sites using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript—ensuring usability, performance, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and on-page SEO best practices to improve visibility and search performance.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first responsiveness through caching, scripting, and image optimization.
• Manage security and compliance including upgrades, patches, uptime monitoring, backups, hosting, and domain administration.
• Own full lifecycle of web projects from planning to deployment, collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining version control.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and AI tools to drive innovation, streamline workflows, and improve development standards.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree in web development, multimedia design, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5–8 years of professional web development experience, with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks.
• Proven ability to integrate REST APIs, work with WordPress/CMS platforms, and build B2B SaaS or product marketing websites.
• Experience optimizing sites for Core Web Vitals, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong knowledge of secure development principles, SEO best practices, and mobile-first design.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of working effectively in remote, collaborative team environments.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
