Job Description

As a Security Services Consultant, you will take a leadership role in designing and planning CyberArk solutions for our customers by establishing best practices and new approaches to adapt the ever-changing security landscape. You will coordinate closely with customer success teams, sales and presales teams, and product management to ensure solutions meet customer needs and are executed according to plan. This role requires 10 years of cybersecurity experience and strong technical and communication skills.
Must have:
  • Design and architect solutions and planning documentation
  • Lead complex enterprise deployments of CyberArk’s solutions
  • Provide guidance on privileged account security practices and trends
  • Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of IT systems, security risk management, vulnerabilities
  • Act as a technical expert and client-serving resource
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Serve as conduit for communications to and from customer and CyberArk teams
  • 10 years’ experience in Cybersecurity
  • Experience with enterprise solutions architecture, information security, risk management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Wide understanding of technologies: databases, networking, systems administration, application development, information security
  • A security mindset to improve and acquire new IT security skills
  • Occasional travel to customer sites
Good to have:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certifications

As a Security Services Consultant, you will take a leadership role in designing and planning CyberArk solutions for our customers by establishing best practices and new approaches to adapt the ever-changing security landscape. Security Services Consultants must coordinate closely with customer success teams, sales and presales teams, and product management to ensure the solutions they architect meet customer needs and are executed according to the plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect solutions and planning documentation to meet the needs of CyberArk’s customers
  • Lead complex enterprise deployments of CyberArk’s solutions through their full lifecycle
  • Provide guidance on practices and trends in privileged account security
  • Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities and advise on options, benefits, and impact on the current business process
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of large-scale information technology systems, security regulatory risk management, and security vulnerabilities
  • Act as a technical expert, or other client-serving roles, including serving as a knowledgeable resource to internal and external clients
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships
  • Serve as the conduit for communications to and from the customer and CyberArk’s implementation services, sales, product management, and marketing teams

Qualifications

  • 10 years’ experience in Cybersecurity
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certifications are advantageous
  • Experience with enterprise solutions architecture, information security, and risk management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate to different target audiences from technical to executive level
  • A wide understanding of technologies and technical disciplines, including databases, networking, systems administration, application development, and information security
  • A security mindset to remain up to date to improve and acquire new skills in the IT security field
  • Occasional travel to customer sites
