As a Marketing Producer at UNSEEN, you will drive the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our games. Working closely with the PR team, you will craft impactful campaigns across the game's lifecycle and lead influencer and community strategies to captivate players globally. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies through market research and digital campaigns, managing marketing and PR teams, monitoring market trends, fostering community engagement, and planning/managing promotional events.

Bring your creative ideas and leadership skills to achieve the success of our games together.<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul> <li> Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: </li> <ul> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis for game titles to formulate effective marketing strategies</li> <li>Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, utilizing social media and online advertising for promotional activities</li> <li>Collaborate with first parties, agencies and media partners to enhance game visibility and impact</li> </ul> <li> Manage Marketing and PR Teams: </li> <ul> <li>Build and lead a publishing team that can support development and launch of UNSEEN’s games</li> <li>Train and evaluate team members, providing support to achieve their goals</li> <li>Develop and execute PR strategies to boost brand awareness and create a positive image around studio and game</li> </ul> <li> Monitor Market Trends: </li> <ul> <li>Continuously monitor gaming market trends to implement the latest marketing techniques and promotional strategies</li> <li>Understand and adapt to changing consumer needs and preferences, reflecting them in product strategies</li> </ul> <li> Community Management: </li> <ul> <li> Collaborate with the Community Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with the player community, gathering feedback to improve game development</li> <li>Develop and execute communication strategies utilizing social media</li> </ul> <li> Plan and Manage Events: </li> <ul> <li>Organize and manage game launch events and various promotional events</li> <li>Prepare for participation and exhibitions at domestic and international game shows and expos</li> </ul> </ul>
