This is an opportunity to use your design expertise across multiple platforms and formats, while collaborating with a passionate, driven team that values excellence, autonomy, and meaningful work.<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Responsibilities</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Design and deliver a wide range of assets, including:</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Websites (Webflow), landing pages (Mailchimp, Hubspot), brochures, white papers, one-pagers, case studies, event collateral, social graphics, and presentation decks.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all client and internal deliverables.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Develop and maintain templates (PowerPoint, Google Slides, brochures, reports) to improve efficiency and elevate design standards.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Adapt to diverse brand guidelines for multiple clients, while also creating materials for our own research reports, events, and marketing campaigns.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Prepare and package files for production, including print specs and optimized digital exports.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account leads to transform ideas into visually compelling, impactful designs.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Perform light photo editing and illustration work (retouching, color correction, icons/vector graphics).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">(Preferred) Contribute to short-form video editing and motion graphics for presentations, events, and social campaigns.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Requirements</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">3–7 years of professional design experience in an in-house or agency setting; B2B experience required.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">A strong, multi-platform design portfolio showcasing web, print, and presentation work.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and expertise in PowerPoint/Google Slides.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven ability to prepare files for both print and digital production with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Comfortable working with and adapting to diverse brand guidelines across multiple projects and clients.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Solid understanding of layout, typography, and design systems; ability to create scalable templates.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong organizational and file management skills, with attention to version control.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present and refine design concepts.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">(Preferred) Experience in basic video editing or motion graphics.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Why Join Us?</h3>You’ll be part of a forward-looking consultancy working at the intersection of law, business, and technology.
